Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Lumora handles refunds for token packages and subscriptions.
1. Nature of tokens
Tokens purchased on Lumora are a pre-paid consumable that unlocks AI generation steps. They are not a monetary instrument. Once a token has been spent on a generation, the underlying AI service has been invoked on your behalf and that cost cannot be reversed.
2. Token packages (one-time)
- Unused tokens: If you purchased a token package and have not consumed any tokens from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used tokens: We may, at our sole discretion, refund the unused portion on a prorated basis if requested within 14 days and if the remaining balance is substantive.
- Fully consumed tokens: Tokens that have already been used are non-refundable.
3. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no prorated refunds of monthly fees.
- If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
- Tokens granted through a subscription during the current period remain usable until the end of that period.
4. EU / UK consumer rights
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By using tokens before the 14-day period expires, you expressly waive this right with respect to the consumed portion. The unused portion remains refundable in accordance with Section 2.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality after the tokens have been consumed.
- Loss of content due to user action (e.g., manually deleting a project).
- Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms of Service.
6. How to request a refund
Email gabrbl.dev@gmail.com with your account email, the order reference, and a short description of your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster than through a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our business evolves. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated date.
